RECEIVERS – PLEASE READ
I sent out the request in the paragraph below a couple weeks ago. Last week I had a member request to become a Receiver in her location because she was not getting any of our emails. I checked our Receiver list and there are FOUR Receivers in her court. PLEASE, Receivers, be certain you’re distributing the information to your co-workers.
We rely on our Receivers to periodically review who is/is not receiving our emailed notices in your work location. Please take a minute to review staff lists to be certain everyone in your work location is being forwarded our notices, particularly new employees, judges’ staff and security. At our meeting least evening in Elmira, once of our Receivers commented that a six-year employee had never received our notices – and we don’t want to see that happen. (She has since corrected that situation and made sure everyone in her workplace is receiving the Notices.) So please, take a few minutes, make sure this information is distributed to everyone in your work location. Thank you.
